We’ve created a special interactive Explore Engineering Day for aspiring engineering students to meet our faculty, staff, and current students while exploring the majors and opportunities available in Valpo's College of Engineering. You will participate in hands-on engineering activities in our engineering labs, learn about the courses & careers for different engineering majors, chat with Valpo engineering students and faculty, and meet admission counselors on our Explore Engineering Day!

This event will include:

• An overview of Valparaiso University
• An overview of the College of Engineering
• A tour of campus with a current student
• Hands-on activities for students
• Admission and financial aid information
• Lunch with current students and faculty
• Lab demonstrations

Per our University policy, masks/face coverings are optional for all fully vaccinated individuals while on campus, with the exception being that masks/face coverings are required in all classrooms and laboratories regardless of vaccination status. Check-in for this event is located in the Harre Union where you will receive a schedule for the day’s visit sessions. This schedule will also indicate which session(s) will require a mask/face covering at all times. Please ensure everyone in your group brings a mask/face covering.

Individuals who are unvaccinated or who are midway through their vaccination process will be required to wear a mask/face covering in all campus buildings, public areas, and at outdoor spaces at all times.
