Personal Visit: On Campus or Virtual

We are looking forward to hosting you at Valparaiso University!

    COVID Safety Protocols

Masks/face coverings are optional for all fully vaccinated individuals while on campus, with the exception being that masks/face coverings are required in all classrooms and laboratories regardless of vaccination status.

Individuals who are unvaccinated or who are midway through their vaccination process will be required to wear a mask/face covering in all campus buildings, public areas, and at outdoor events at all times.

On-campus tours are available to all high school students and transfer students. All start times are listed in Central Time (the same as Chicago).

Your visit includes a walking tour of campus and a conversation with an admission counselor. Tours are able to go into most buildings.
Your tour and conversation with an admission counselor will last approximately one hour and 30 minutes.

When you register, you will have the option to select whether or not you would like a professor/faculty appointment in your primary academic interest. This appointment may add an additional 45-90 minutes to your visit schedule depending on professor/faculty availability. Visit scheduled within 72 hours may not be guaranteed a professor/faculty appointment.

When you look at the calendar below, be sure you register for the type of visit you prefer -- on campus or virtual.

    Road Construction

When driving to the campus, Google maps may be a helpful tool in determining your fastest driving route. Consider checking the Indiana Department of Transportation road conditions site for possible road closures. Whether entering from Sturdy Rd/Indiana 2 or from U.S. 30, wind your way to the Duesenberg Welcome Center, #34 on this campus map.

If you wish to meet with our NCAA-Division I coaches, rules dictate that you reach out to them directly to schedule an appointment.

Safe travels and see you soon!
