Welcome to the Valparaiso University Financial Aid Appointments Booking Page!

Financial Aid appointments can be scheduled virtually through Zoom, in person, or via phone. Appointments can be scheduled between 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM Central Standard Time. Appointments will be up to 30 minutes. 

If needed, it may also be possible to arrange an appointment for after hours, given some advance notice. You should email the Office of Financial Aid at finaid@valpo.edu with your request and provide a brief statement about your concerns and/or questions. A response will be sent within 24 hours about the possibility of an appointment.

We value your time and want to ensure a thorough review of your financial aid options. While we do accept walk-ins, scheduling an appointment in advance allows us to dedicate the necessary time to review and explore all funding options you may be eligible for. 

To be eligible for federal, state or institutional gift aid, you must file the FAFSA (free application for federal student aid) at studentaid.gov. Federal School Code: 001842
