Schedule a 30-minute Zoom session with the Office of Financial Aid to assist you with filing the FAFSA

This virtual, one-on-one meeting with the Office of Financial Aid is a great opportunity to have support while you file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). There will be the option to share your screen as is needed however all information and support provided will be confidential.

To be prepared for this meeting, we ask that you have the following available:
-FSA ID to sign electronically (See here for a how to video - https://www.valpo.edu/student-financial-services/faqs/)
- Social Security Number (SSN) or Alien Registration Number
- Federal income tax returns, W-2s and other records of money earned. Note: You may be eligible to transfer your federal tax return information into your FAFSA using the Data Retrieval Tool (DRT).
- Bank Statements and Records of investments (if applicable)
- Records of untaxed income (if applicable)
- If you are a dependent student, you will also need the above for your parent(s)
